All orders for in-stock items above the “Free Shipping” minimum order (XXXCHF) will have the free shipping option.
We ship worldwide, to every single country, using DHL Express Worldwide and UPS Express as principal partners. Outside of Switzerland, rates are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs fees, customs clearance costs or any other charge applicable to international shipping. We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors including but not limited to country of shipping destination and product price.
We cannot guarantee delivery time as it depends on how efficient your country’s customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the courier.
Please allow us two business days to fulfill and issue you a tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, you should expect your package within the period described in your selected shipping method.
Please note that while we will issue a tracking number once we have sent out your package, you may not be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service for tracking to activate
To start the process, please send an email to our Customer Care Team through store@alpineracer.ch. You can return an item for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of having received it. We will be happy to help you in the process.
We want you to be confident and comfortable with any Alpineracer item. Just keep in mind that anything you return needs to be in re-sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its own packaging)
Return shipping is free within some countries. Shipping costs will never be refunded, under any circumstance.
